The most prestigious and largest food science and technology conference is being held in Dublin on the 21st - 25th August, 2016.  The theme of this year’s World Congress is “Greening the Global Food Supply Chain through Innovation in Food Science and Technology” and is being hosted by the Institute of Food Science and Technology of Ireland (IFSTI).
